Plot Summary:A language study on cultural production in the interior of Brazil. Three friends forever waiting for the solution of problems involving cultural policy in the inner cities of the country. Wait, armed with empty speeches, political naivety, watching their dreams being eaten away by political, commercial and public neglect.
The short film Waiting for Godard (2015) is a good political movie with reflections on the fate of cinema as a weapon of the left and its degeneration into intellectual entertainment. Almost every frame is a quote, a reference - Bob Dylan, Charlie Chaplin, and of course Godard himself, the whole film was shot in his recognizable style
