Plot Summary:In an apocalyptic future, the wake of a lethal meteor strike, normal civilization has been reduced to ashes, with the people that remain left terrified by the existence of super-powered mutants. Human leader Parish a man with extra-human powers goes on the run as he wants to hunt down and kill the mutants in order to preserve the genetic purity of the normal survivors; he's particularly obsessed with murdering Rage, the mutants' commander.
