Plot Summary:Destination is a state of mind. A tale of one girl and her bike and the road ahead. Kino wanders around the world on the back of Hermes, her unusual, anthropomorphic motorcycle, only staying in each country for three days. During their adventures, they find happiness, sadness, pain, decadence, violence, beauty, and wisdom. But through it all, they never lose their sense of freedom. They discover that because of the world's imperfections, it is actually a thing of beauty.
主人公——人类奇诺与会说话的摩托车汉密斯，毫无目的地在世界各处旅行。 在世界的各处有着充满个性的国度，人们在与自己相适应的法律与常识之下生活，奇诺与汉密斯造访各种这样的国度，基本上只停留3天，之后便出发前往下一个国度。 奇诺与汉密斯的这些旅行故事，时而温柔，时而哀伤，时而滑稽，时而痛彻心扉。这些美丽的故事，将一言难尽的鲜烈光景展现给读者。 将“并不美丽，但也正因如此才美丽”的世界展现出来。
