Plot Summary:First-grader Lenka Kazakov and young worker Mitka Lbach organize the first pioneer detachment in Krasnaya Presnya and call it the World Union of Young Proletarians. Once in the orphanage, Lyonka begins to establish Soviet power among the street children.
